Hello, I would like to become a member. I looked but did not see the membership requirments. My father was born William F. Hay, in Cleveland Ohio November 13th, 1929. His mother died when he was an infant and so he was adopted and given the name Hough (another Scottish name) through this process. I have always been interested in connecting with this part of my heritage, my rightful surname being Hay.
